There’s nothing Phoenix wouldn’t do for her best friend, Darling. They grew up on the same block, braid each other’s hair and tell each other everything, or so Phoenix thought. One day Phoenix catches Darling sneaking out of the house, leaving behind only a necklace with ‘Queen of Hearts’ engraved on it as a clue. Not wanting to give Darling away, she covers for her until she can get to the bottom of it. And in her innocence, Phoenix waltzes right into the brothel looking for her friend.
