Octavia Red – Case No. 8002102 – Spirit Week Fail

It’s spirit week at school and Octavia rarely gets the chance to participate in any of her school events. She never had money to participate, but this time, she really wants to be a part of it at any cost. In a poor attempt to find herself the right attire, she goes into the costume store at the mall and tries to steal an 80s-themed outfit, but she comes up with the worst way of stealing it: pretending she walked in with it on. This triggers all the alarms and makes Officer Hardy catch her instantly.
