Mazzy is a party girl. If she’s not at the club, she’s throwing crazy parties at her parent’s house when they’re out of town. Her neighbor has had enough. Usually, he keeps to himself because his wife doesn’t want any confrontation. But with her out of town, he finally decides to talk to Mazzy about it the day after one of her parties.
